Achilles HB-310AL Series Rigid Hulls HB-AL Series Inflatable Boat

Our aluminum-hulled inflatable tenders incorporate the great features and performance of our fiberglass rigid hull inflatables.

We’ve incorporated all the best features of our pacesetting HB fiberglass hull inflatable boats into the new HB-AL series. These rugged boats feature a marine grade aluminum hull that is powder-coated to ensure a smooth, long lasting finish. They offer the advantage of being lightweight yet remarkably strong and durable. A modified V hull, combined with their light weight, allow HB-AL boats to cut through water efficiently with less horsepower.

The HB-240AL and BH-270AL are single hull models that keeps the weight of both boats under 100 pounds. The HB-310AL incorporates an additional deck liner resulting in a more level surface allowing for ease in getting in and out of the boats. All models have nonskid panels for better traction, safety and comfort.

All of this is in addition to a host of other great features perfected by Achilles through our years as a leader in RIB design and inflatable boat technology.

The HB-AL boats are a great choice for boaters who want a fuel-efficient and well-performing RIB that can handle rocky coastlines, coral, frequent beaching and anything else you can throw at them.

New Seat and Console Kits Now Available!

We are now offering the perfect solutions for you to turn the best “open” RIB’s on the market into the best “Deluxe” RIB’s. We are now offering three different seat and console options.

The “Deluxe”

The Deluxe seat and console kit (part #HB4SCKIT) package includes a bench seat with folding backrest, a console with base and steering helm, and a cushion for the forward bow locker and is very attractively priced. The unique design of the console allows the base to be mounted as shown with a side seat (in the HB315DX) or it can also be mounted fore to aft in the HB350DX and HB385DX if a console with a forward-facing seat if desired.

The “Basic”

The basic seat and console kit (part #HBSCBASIC) is a 2-piece kit that has a one-piece console with steering helm and a fold down seat base. This option offers you the least expensive way to turn your open Achilles into a console boat. Although it doesn’t come with a bow cushion – one can be ordered as an option for this kit or for any open DX RIB (part #HBBOWCUSHION).

The Hula-Helm

The Hula-Helm (part #HBHULAHELM) is a unique one-piece tubular stainless-steel seat and console combination unit that has a folding steering arm and seatback which allows the unit to become very low profile. This is convenient when trailering the boat, covering the boat, and may also be beneficial when mounting the boat on davit systems. It may also enable the boat to be stored in a “garage” on a larger yacht. It has a large fiberglass storage box under the seat cushion, and a fiberglass piece on which the steering helm is mounted. This area can also be used to install gauges, switches, and your engine controls.

ABOUT THIS RIB
We supplied this RIB from new (sold in 2013) and it has had it’s most recent service with us in November 2020 and not been used since. This Brig Falcon 500 has also got the benefit of a brand new overall cover and the launching trolley has had new tyres, wheels and a winch in the months (November 2020).
The Brig Falcon 500 is a capable RIB which is safe and stable. It is also very easy to launch and recover. With her powerful DF60 Suzuki engine it can pull wakeboarders, skiers and water toys with ease and yet still return excellent fuel economy. It sits on a well maintained launching trolley that makes her extremely easy to transport and has a very substantial, custom made cover that ensures that the whole boat is well protected when not in use.
